How to login if you had an account in the previous site

If your account existed on the previous site, try the following steps:

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your old account.
3. If you remember your password, sign in as usual. If not, click "Forgot Password" to reset it and follow the instructions sent to your email.

4. You should receive a link in your email. Once on the password recovery page, set a new password for your account:

   
5. With your new password, try to log in again.
6. If you still cannot access your account, contact support at wxtd@airmed.com and include your full name and the email address you used previously.
